● What kind of SEO do you perform ?

- Single event formatting. We do not provide a month by month PPC

style trend system. Though we will correctly set you up with the best

keywords for your site, and review this annually.

● Do you support Shopping Carts ?

- Not yet, only single button code, such as PayPal

● Can I upload my own content, and make edits ?

- No, all maintenance is performed by us, you will need to send any

changes to us via email.

● Are there any distance limits ?

- Yes, we will only travel free within the Wakefield, Leeds, Doncaster

areas of West Yorkshire. Outside of a 25 mile distance incurs a

cost of 25p per mile, and £15 per hour travelling time.

● What extra do I get ?

- If ordering a website ? .. if you are within Yorkshire, you get

complementary advertising on our Directory, plus some space

on HOTBLOX. You also get phone support within office hours.

● What if I am late with my annual payment ?

- We allow no more than 30 days grace. We do this because our host

allows us to. After that time your site will automatically expire.

You will be sent a copy of your site on CD or DVD; and any listings

on our services, removed.
